About Us

As Principal of Scoil Uí Mhuirí, I would like to welcome you to our website.

Scoil Uí Mhuirí is a vibrant, dynamic Post Primary school situated in the heart of the growing community of Dunleer, Co. Louth. The school has grown and developed since its opening in 1954 when 55 pupils were enrolled. Today there is a student cohort of close to 600, with a teaching staff of 40.

Our aim is to foster academic, social, moral,personal and physical development in students so that they can take their place in society as well developed, well educated, responsible citizens with pride in their community.
